Grado Beaches

Since the 19th century, when it was a favorite destination of the Habsburg nobility, Grado has been synonymous with seaside wellness. Today it offers four main beaches:

Costa Azzurra: partly free and partly equipped, much loved by locals;
Main GIT Beach: well-organized, with entertainment, water park, and seawater pools;
Città Giardino: green and peaceful;
Grado Pineta: quiet and atmospheric, a favorite of athletes and kitesurf enthusiasts.

In 2024, Grado was awarded its 36th Blue Flag, confirming the environmental quality of its waters and beaches.
